6 Weeks Before: Define & Dream

  • Pick a Date & Time

    • Check with key guests before locking it in.

  • Choose a Theme

    • Browse our party kits and themed blog pages for inspiration.

  • Set a Budget

    • Factor in kit cost, food, venue (if not at home), and extras like entertainment.

  • Book the Venue (if needed)

    • Backyard, community center, or small rental spaces are popular for DIY parties.

  • Create a Guest List


4–5 Weeks Before: Order & Organize

  • Order Your Party Kit

    • Include any customizations (favors, banner name, age, etc.).

  • Send Invitations

    • Digital (Evite, Paperless Post) or printed.

  • Plan Activities

  • Menu Planning

  • Confirm Any Rentals or Services

    • Your party kit should be en route!

    • If not using the included ones, prep your own.
